WA Scholar-Athletes Sign National Letters Of Intent
Eight Worcester Academy seniors signed NCAA National Letters of Intent at a special ceremony affirming their decision to attend top colleges offering athletic grant in aid. Among them were six members of our baseball team: Brendan Conley, Bristol, RI, who will attend UBuffalo; Craig Hanrahan Corliss, Hopkinton, who will attend Siena; Patrick Gallagher, Worcester, who will attend Wagner; Joseph Pasquale Sacco, Shrewsbury, who will attend URI; Brendan Powicki, Hingham, who will attend Stonehill; and Mariano Ricciardi, West Boylston, who will attend Florida Atlantic. Also signing were Christa Moore, Hubbardston, who will attend Holy Cross (Track & Field), and Madeline Murphy, Norton, who will attend Southern New Hampshire University (Basketball).
