fixed myself a quick and simple dinner on one of those busy days... (apart from cooking the brown rice, it took about 10mins or less to prepare this 'lazy' dinner :p)

 

...sliced and warmed up some pre-cooked unagi, cooked some brown rice, and added some ikura + wasabi (i have a habbit of adding wasabi to my brown rice every now and then! :p)
