40th Anniversary Fender Stratocaster (#8 of 10)
This is # 8 of 10 stratocasters produced as a special edition to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Fender Stratocaster (of course, they did other 40th anniversary issues too...). Beautiful, feathery, quilted maple top with a beautiful sunburst. Birds-eye maple neck. The back is a nicely figured ash that flows with the contour of the body. Gold plated bridge, pickups, pickguard, and tremelo. Sounds good too. Sold it December 2013.
