CSA Food - Dragon Tongue Bean Carbonara to be

Here's a shot of the Dragon Tongue beans before they get heated up. The purple markings go away when they're done (easy cooking indicator, I guess). I sauteed them in bacon, garlic, and olive oil, but you could steam or stir fry them no problem. They taste like a perfect cross between green beans and snap peas. Oh my
