365-150 Widescreen Nightmare
I had a really weird dream last night. I'm not making this up, I had this one.
A little back story, I LOVE Mythbusters. I think it's the greatest show on TV. The 2 hosts Adam and Jamie are gods to me. They get paid to do stuff that I would happily do for free. Now that's a job.
The short story on this shot is my two idols are mad at me and giving me a lecture. OMG I'm embarrassed. Here's the long story of my dream last night.
I'm in New York for some reason or another. Lo and behold, Jamie and Adam are in the same building. I guess it's a hotel or something. Adam is selling rolls of paper that taste like tropical fruit. Mango and pineapple if I remember correctly.(Why anyone would eat flavored paper is beyond me, but it's a dream, remember.) So I'm interested. First, I love these guys, and second, fruit flavored paper! So I buy some and ask him if he has any more. He goes to get some and I decide to try to make tea with the paper. So I get some water boiling on the stove and wander off. I forget all about the tea for a while. Several hours later I remember and have to run back to their room, I think it was Jamie's room, and tell them what I've done. I'm mortally embarrassed and horrified that I may have set their room on fire. When I get there they are both there with that look my parents used to have on their faces when I came in several hours after curfew or really messed up. Jamie begins to lecture me about safety and give me the "We expected better from you" speech. I'm totally mortified that my idols think I'm a complete putz. Fortunately I wake up now and don't have to face them any more. So here I am getting lectured by my heroes. What a nightmare.
