Clans of the Highlands
Built for THE BRICK TIME corporation project: CHRONO
---
The clans of the highlands are feral nomads with a straight hierarchy. Survival of the strongest. They are tamers of the beasts, wich live in the mountains and they use them for ride and transport.
---
This shows the total of all Highland builds together. I had time to redesign some of the mounted dinos and put some of the new olive green stems on it.
I started this build off in 2011 with the little stream besides the path. It was supposed to be on the BRICK CONVENTION back there, but I couldn't finish it in time.
The colours were the foundation for this MOC, but back in 2011 I started with sand green beside the stream. I also had the elephants in mind by that time, but as soon as the rumors of new dino sets spread, I totally changed my mind about it - war elephants are boring! And luckily TLG decided to bring olive green to life! So every sand green was torn apart and got replaced by it.
I am very happy with the end result. Although I finished of the ground in just two days, to make it ready for BERLINER STEINEWAHN 2014. Actually the rocks were meant to be bigger. The mounted dinos probably took the most time. Every once in a while in the last two years I changed something on them.
Thanks for reading!
