OCCUPY DEMOCRACY, LONDON RECLAIM THE POWER & OTHER ACTIVISTS DELIVER ‘CARBON BUBBLE’ TO SHELL HQ.
Following Time to Act climate demonstration Occupy Democracy with Black Bloc supporting Climate Change activists instigate a civil disobedience Direct Action march. 500 protesters march on the headquarters of oil and gas multinational Shell.
During the march back from Shell HQ, whilst crossing Westminster bridge, an activist is arrested a placed in a Police van.
End of this section of shoot so let my guard down and situational awareness began to drift to the next section. I suspect those present (most were still in a side road) were in a simmiler frame of mind - professional targeting by the police. I accordingly found myself on the outside of the scrum!
