The Mother of All Roots

Drove to Humpback Rd. E&N Railway Xing and walked the tracks back to where the big root is impinging upon a trail.

P.S. 2m from the root on the downhill trail was a pile of two-day-old bear scat.

N.B. I started removing this root from this trail several years ago. Daytime temperatures are too high to do more today.
