Wizard of X
Han Solo (Stormtrooper disguise), Kenner, 1995
Han here was the first of several mail-ins available during the Power of the Force run (1995-1999) and for me this is where it all started. I was walking through a grocery store, sick as a dog, w/ my mom. We happened down the cereal isle where I spotted the familiar SW text on a box of Fruit Loops. Much to my surprise I discovered Kenner had a whole slue of Star Wars figures in store. It was a good month or two before I found them at retail but I'd made sure to get my proofs of purchase seals in for Han.
Much like Kellogs' Lifeline mail-in some years prior Han was shipped without a weapon, but there were other figures to borrow one from. Unfortunately it would be some time before the accompanying Luke figure was made available.
