Printing HDPE onto HDPE sheets

Although HDPE sticks extremely well onto gaffer tape it's very hard to print infilled objects onto gaffer because it warps when heated.

 

So we bought some 1mm HDPE sheets at a local plastic store. If you sandpaper the surface of the sheet it sticks very well. This reduced the deformations greatly but as we all know HDPE still warps a little bit :(
