openness hurts

i'm trying to get stupid disability so i can help pay for all of my medical bills-and i needed to also get a depression/anxiety diagnosis from a psychiatrist, not just my primary care doctor. he was fantastic, but of course talking for 45 minutes about the pain in my life brings up pain that has to come out
