ATC Flareon

For a blind trade. Tried to do this à l'Art Nouveau but somehow looks like a cross between Art Nouveau and stained glass? Didn't turn out as cool as I wanted it. Just looks odd.

 

You can see a little bit of the pearlescent shine on the upper right hand corner frame.
