she couldn't keep up with the banh lap and banh beo orders we were putting in. these were so good. here you see the cook laying down the rice paste onto the banana leaf, next she would scoop a bed of the ground pork into it and then fold and steam for a few minutes. serve with fish sauce and peppers and you're good.
