Green Pancake

This is one kind of tradition way of baking pancake in Kuantan, hardly find it else where

in Malaysia. They had been doing this for 11 years. As you can see, the top part was charcoal covered with copra...and by using charcoal or copra to cook, foods get much tastier. Pancake was covered with a stopper.
