My Hand in '88
Shot for Our Daily Challenge : "Your Own Hand".
In 1988, I finally decided to learn how to draw. I was never good at it - either freehand or with an aid. Even using a ruler I couldn't draw a straight line without a finger bump in it.
Since I'm a semi-logical, left-brained sort of guy, a book called "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" seemed right up my alley. The first exercise was to draw a picture of my hand on the last page of the sketchbook for later reference.
I found that sketch pad and textbook today. I seem to have made it to page 23 in the book and a quick look at my drawings reminded of why I switched to photography.
