Sending Birthday Wishes

For this one I used Distress Oxides to add a background to an embossed panel older Cuttlebug folder "Pinking Stitch". The stamps are from Pretty Pink Posh "Happy Mail" HPMASPP. I also added some balloons for fun.

I am entering this one in the SSS Wednesday Challenge.
