Imbolc Boy checks on the advance of spring

This was taken the day (3rd February) our village had it's annual Imbolc (fire) festival. Coincidently the first proper frost we have had (Imbolc is about banishing the cold and frost and welcoming the warming sun of spring) I felt the urge to doodle after breakfast and 10 minutes later this dude was born on a bit of old card. Took the dog out through the woods and back and I left this wedged into the visitor's centre notice board for any curious tourist to spot and avoid :-)
