...cottage by the lake.
I have always liked this piece of property... It looks so peaceful, restful and relaxing. But I'll let you in on a little secret... It probably is not as quiet as one thinks, as this photo is taken from the side of a highway. The sound of large semi trucks gearing down as they navigate the winding highway can be heard in the close distance. If the highway is not bad enough, on the far shore in the background is the main line of a national railway. Perception is reality - until you get all the facts! None the less it does make a nice photo of a ...cottage by the lake.
