Singing Robin

I'd rather be more forward-thinking

 

I was sitting on a bench enjoying the nice weather, then this robin came and looked at me and started singing at the top of his lungs for about 3 minutes.

That was so beautiful!

It probably expected a small reward...

but unfortunately I didn't have anything with me.

I'd rather be more forward-thinking, then I'd have had a few grains with me for the little singer.

Ich saß auf einer Bank und genoß das schöne Wetter, dann kam dieses Rothkehlchen, schaut mich an und fing an für etwa 3 Minuten aus voller Kehle zu singen.

Das war so schön!

Wahrscheinlich erwartete es eine kleine Belohnung....

aber leider hatte ich gar nichts dabei.

Ich wäre lieber mehr vorausschauend, dann hätte ich ein paar Körner für den kleinen Sänger dabeigehabt.
