... the end, one would say; I say it's only the beginning of something different, something that I cannot explain not even to myself right now. I'm on the last page of my 'diary' and if there is something that I know for sure is that these pages cannot be ripped out. Every 'page' holds something peculiar, especial for me that reminds me of all my flaws and my forte. This project is a memory now, which - thanks to you all - remains one of my best ones.
The last photograph of this 'diary' represents the beginning of Spring, the season of renascence, which has been so late this year, here, in Transylvania. And I think it exactly represents the duality of beginning and ending, the circle of life, of which we are all part of.
Those who are keen to start a self-portrait project, like I was last year, I can only encourage them, because words cannot express what an adventure like this reserves. When we speak about self-portraits, we speak about the individual... and I think that's something bigger than comments and faves and views. In my opinion making self-portraits - additionally every day - it's a very unique way of understanding yourself better and its main purpose should be to find out more about your abilities and limits. Metaphorically speaking, it's a road that involves many many words starting with "self-"... even the negative ones. Jokes aside, I considered important to mention this.
Of course, now I could list all the people who inspired me, and supported me, and gave compliments, and encouraged me and helped me to get closer to this world and so forth. My 'speech' is already quite long so I just say thank you, and I know that everybody will understand these two words in their own good way, in a way that I want them to understand.
So thank you, and I'm looking forward to start my next 'diary'. :)
