Lower Back Pain

-In the absence of any structural defect low back pain has many contributing factors.

-Poor core functional stability and poor hip mobility are two very common causes. Both of which transfer mechanical stress to the low back.

-Habitual postural asymmetries also cause a great deal of low back pain.

Having a dominant leg causes imbalances right to left. The preponderance of flexion position postures that we assume in our everyday lives, sitting, driving, bending over, all lead to imbalances in hips and the low back.
