Started back on to the Blue Ridge Parkway and made it to main destination today Mt Mitchell, the highest point east of the Mississippi and south of Canada. Here is the view from the observation desk. It gives a good view of the Black Mountains that Mitchell is part of. Elevation 6684 feet.
