Fools gold

Ok. so I'm a fool for gold, like poppies on a spring day in the foothills of the Sierra. This was from 2019 when sufficient moisture brought spring formal wear out. This year is a no-show due to drought, and I'm already missing the opportunities, so indulge me in a little reminiscence.
