The Client, A private individual, has a Villa in Spain for sale and felt that the small listings on the websites of his appointed sales agents was not doing the villa justice.
With that in mind he approached Web Design Haus after an existing client recommended us to him and gave us the brief of what he wanted.
The site had to show off the villa in its best light and it was imperative that there be a video on the home page that ran automatically upon the page loading.
The site needed to be clear and easy to navigate and contain all the photographic images of the villa that the client supplied to us.
Additionally, as the primary goal was to enable visitors to see the villa, the chalet and all the grounds and above all to be able to contact the owner, the contact details had to be visible on the home page but there also had to be a contact form.
The client was extremely happy with the result and has now commissioned another dedicated site from Web Design Haus for the Restaurant he has for sale.
