Brookmere water tower, BC

Located in the small community of Brookmere, off Highway 5 south of Merritt, the water tower is one of the few remaining relics of the Kettle Valley Railway, which operated through Brookmere from 1916 through 1989. Originally used for steam locomotives, the water tower has probably not been in use since the 1950s.
