Moses Mountain, WA

Moses Mountain (2065 metres or 6775 feet), located on the Colville Indian Reservation in NE Washington, is not steep or rugged, but is higher than its deceptively gentle slopes would suggest. The mountain is named after Chief Moses (1829-1899), an influential native leader who was chief of the Sinkiuse tribe for 40 years.

Looking NE from near Disautel Pass on State Highway 155.
