Naldehra Golf Course, More details on Wcities.com. Naldehra Golf Course is a historic heritage of our country. Located in the beautiful village of Naldehra, it is the oldest 9-hole golf course in India. It was founded as a recreation facility for the British in the late 19th Century. Since then, the place has served as a golf course with numerous developments and changes over the years. Lord Curzon, the then Viceroy of India, was completely mesmerized by the beauty of this place. So much for the love that he renamed his daughter Alexandra as Naldehra. This fully functional golf facility is a popular attraction among tourists as well as golfers. A small holy shrine, known as the Mahunag temple, stands tall at the center. Book yourself on a horse ride and take a tour around this natural wonder which has also been featured in numerous Bollywood movies.
