Looks to me line we have non-working rocket motors, no warhead, the aft fins are fakes, no rollivators (sp?) Everything needed for the ground crew to practice loading, arming, safing and unloading can be done with one of these. The seeker heads look real and might be- so the pilot can experience everything EXCEPT firing the missile and watching it guide and hit.
