Served cold, Atakilt Wat Fresh green beans, carrots, potatoes, green peppers, cabbage, red onions, sauteed with garlic, ginger and tomatoes, and Gomen Wat Fresh collard greens sauteed with fine onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and Ethiopian spices.
