hey hawaii...wanna complain about our 4% excise tax? go to seattle, it's 10%. wanna park your car? 20%...but washington ain't got no state income tax.

 

what does this mean? i don't know...but i'd rather be a rich guy in washington then here...i mean, you can only eat so much whether you're rich or poor...
