357-Sheep in the Strand C1925

Against a backdrop of St Mary Le Strand church in the distance and the old Gaiety Theatre on the extreme left, a shepherd guides his flock along the Strand in an orderly manner, sometime in the 1920's, perhaps 1925/6, see comment below. The question is; will the flock turn left and cross over Waterloo Bridge, or will they carry straight on towards Simpson's restaurant, famous for its roast dinners?

Speculation is most welcome, but please don't mention Lambs Conduit Street.
