I heart Torrance Sidewalks! Although hardly anyone uses them, they are very well maintained. Unlike the sidewalks in the City of Los Angeles, the Torrance sidewalks of Crenshaw are well-maintained and as seen in this photo, even the uneven parts are smoothed!
