Ghost Bike for Frederick “Woon” Frazier. Killed by the driver of a Porsche Cayenne while riding on Manchester Avenue near Normandie Avenue, this past Tuesday, April 10th at 12:30pm. The driver fled. Woon was only 23-years-old.
