Still Under Construction

Kölner Dom with scaffolds, getting a pollution-removal makeover. Maybe after the original centuries-long construction and the reconstruction after WWII bombing, this architectural marvel will never be truly finished. Modernism continues apace in the surrounding space. And the clouds, of course are being made fresh in the moment.
