Lady Allia explains why we should all be cheering for her to win the tournament.

 

The sign behind her lists some of the activities that the tournament involves. "Saracen's Tent" refers to riding on horseback with a spear held near the ground to cut the ropes holding up a tent while at the Crusades against the Saracens. In this case, the "rope" is a balloon on the ground.
