Joe Parrino, Sr. opened Fleur de Paris in 1980 to be a world-class boutique for special occasions, such as weddings, balls, luncheons, Kentucky Derby, Royal Ascot and the Academy Awards, focused on one-of-a-kind couture designs. Fleur de Paris may be the only designer that offers its couture customer the pattern to her original design, to ensure that it is never duplicated.
