Comparison
By a weird quirk of fate, I just got back the Canon TX I owned for about a dozen years starting back in high school. Plus a couple of nice FD lenses.
But this is a pretty humorous demonstration of why, in 1989, I decided to sell that kit, and switch to the Olympus OM-system. Compare the size of the bodies and two lenses, which on both sides are 24mm and 100mm f/2.8's. The difference in the size of the 24's is particularly amazing.
I also checked the weights. For the camera plus three equivalent lenses the Canon system weighs 45% more!
