Char Siu Zheng Bao - 5/8/10

As you can see, they ended up a tad under-filled. I'll figure it out next time. Also, yes, that is store-bought char siu pork used as part of the filling.

 

I have a recipe for homemade char siu, which I should be using next time, but this was all about getting my first steamed bread right.
