Lost & Found
I would like to have a private discussion with the mama cat who abandoned this little dudie. Grrr. What were you thinking?
Anyway, he was found inside the wheel well of a car on one of those nasty cold nights last November, and nursed back to health by the incontrovertible ltvsquad and his new bride. After harassing the cats in their house for a month, he recently made his way over to my place. He's staying.
The naming of this fine fellow is still in flux. Watching him chase my lasers and lights made 'ZigZag' an easy baptizement, but the few times when he followed them into the wall instead of up it has me thinking that 'Smash' is a possible moniker as well. I will see which name, among other possibles, he grows into over the next month.
To say that he is a crazy little beastie is an understatement. He has managed to find every dustbunny in my apartment and drag them all out of their unseen corners. With daily vacuum sessions, my place has never been cleaner. Kitten bonus +1.
He enjoys sliced chorizo and yogurt noms, but will only paw at breakfast cereal bran flakes. This is fine with me, but he seems to think that ALL of these dishes are his. Boundary issues, hmm. I'm sure that he will grow to understand the difference between 'his' and 'mine'. Riiiight.
Update: "ZigZag" (AKA: Zig, Ziggz, Z, Ziggy) is on his official paperwork.
