Oct. 3rd 2007 - Todays weight: 118.5 kg :-/

Summary: After 3 weeks I have lost 5 kg. 0.5 kg this week. Its not very satisfying for me to loose half a kilo, but I have sinned. Yes I´m a sinner, spot me if you want. Cheer for me if you want to help me :-)
I knew that my weightloss wouldn´t continue with the same speed, last time I did it it varried between 0-3 kg a´ week ;-)
I´ll give myself a smiley for every kg I loose. Thats why its not a real smiley this time.
