It's the simple things that make me the happiest. Everyone always says that I'm easy to please and it's true. Because I strongly believe that it's the thought that counts. The second you take out of your day to think and do something for someone else. Notes left on the kitchen table, texts to say goodnight, a cupcake brought home from a party, unexpected emails, an Amy Adams replacement, a coffee from my mom on her way home from work. It all makes this life that much better.

 

I try to do my best to do the same for others. To bring at least a little bit happiness into peoples days. Even if only for a second. What's better than making someone smile?

 

Anyway, something that makes me really happy? Starbucks holiday cups. Simple but awesome enough to make me smile for extra long at the counter.

 

Oh, and a happy thanksgiving to you all. We all know I have my reservations about this holiday but it doesn't make me any less grateful.
