This infographic shows the amount of foreign students moving to Piemonte in the period from 1994 to 2008.
The aim is to highlight the provenance of the students for each year by using pie charts for a quick visual comparison; flows are subdivided in 6 chromatic clusters, each referred to a continent.
The size of each pie chart is determined by the total numerical amount of students for each year, also indicated below. More numerical information specify the number of visits for each state, through a "tag cloud" metaphor.
