End Game 1

Kreative People Group's "Social Distortion" Challenge:

Originally created for the PANO-Vision group's "PANO to the Metal" contest, where members entered work that pushes the Pano-Sabotage medium to it's limits in as many different ways that they can.

 

Number 1 in a series of 3 that explored a particular technique and the theme that the total "anthroposizing" of our life in the urban environment has so disconnected us from nature that we're in the end game with the signs of the unsustainability of it appearing everywhere.

 

Two layers of the same image, one fills the frame exactly and the other has been expanded out greatly in order to maximize and focus in on a part of the original that really displays the markers of the medium. Translucency is used to blend them and to come up with unforeseen collisions, connections and interactions.
