A Beautiful Lanna Style Buddha at Wat Wisunalat. This temple was constructed during the reign of King Visounarat around 1513. The phrabang, the fine gold Buddha image, the religious symbol of the Kingdom. In 1942, it was turned into a Museum of Religious Arts, and housed collections of Buddha images and religious artifacts from the fourteenth century.

De Wat Wisunalat tempel is gebouwd in 1513 door Chao Wisunarat. Opvallend zijn de balustraden in de ramen. Zij zijn van hout en behoren tot de Khmer stijl. Er zijn erg veel verschillende boeddha beelden te zien. Sommige van koper en andere zijn van hout en daarna verguld. Hierboven zo'n Boeddha in Lanna stijl uit de veertiende eeuw.
