Here comes the siding
A couple weeks later and the earthmoving is done, a lot of sub-ballast has been spread and compacted, and siding construction is underway. Finally, the telephone poles they have been working around are gone, junkyard debris moved but still an eyesore. Pre-assembled switches are ready to go, may be moved into position this week. CN's target to open is/was December 1st, it may be possible but there is still plenty to do. November 17, 2020.
