CN's new TEST train sports this classy open platform observation car as part of the set. After inspecting much of the Minneapolis Sub the glossy train spends the night at New Richmond. My younger daughter was pretty excited to find this idling in the backyard, quite a change from the daily freight. April 23, 2017.
