The moment my Met train went from line speed to emergency brakes just outside of Kilburn – over the railway bridge after some moron decided to pull one of the passenger emergency alarms. The only thing close to an emergency at that point was trying to get my heart out of my throat after being thrown out of my seat by the force of the train coming to a stop.
