Quite liked the idea here of using the support structure for The Atrium's roof for the Christmas lights. Probably the most simple idea, but it beats the totally commercialised shit you get on Oxford Street these days. As it goes, if I need to go and visit retail stores, I go to Westfield pretty much 99% of the time – closer to get to, plenty of space to walk around even when busy, and one has the ability to breathe. Better places to eat here too.

We seem to be making a regular thing of going to the cinema at Westfield now for late screenings. Even though the Vue in Harrow is closer to us, the parking's much here, the screens are pretty good and there are less chavs because it's a little bit more expensive (especially if you go to the VueXtreme screen or get the VIP seats).

We went to see Inception here, then Back to the Future. Can't remember if we've seen anything else here, but on this night we went to see RED. One of those things you either love or hate. Helen Mirren using all sorts of firearms amused me somewhat.
