Am staying round John Mac's at the moment because he is only a stone's throw away from Canary Wharf where I can pick up a taxi for work.
My first night here was pretty awesome – it's a small but posh little pad (with very expensive rent!) and I have become fascinated with the open plan layout of the balcony/living room/kitchen. I think it is something I would want if/when I ever get my own pad for a while.
Only downside I can think of is possibly the living room smelling of cooking stuffs, but where the cooker is there's a mahoosive extractor thingy, and if all else fails, you can just slide the balcony doors open.
Am currently obsessed with sitting at the high chairs inbetween the breakfast bar and dining table – they spin around around around.
