"Seas the Day Pure Florida" unapologetically stole this image from Flickr, neatly cropped out my copyright and by-line, and posted it on their website without credit, much less permission or payment (which I require for for-profit uses). I have written to them about it (exceedingly hard to find contact info on their complex and confusing web site) telling them to contact me about terms of use or immediately remove the photo. They did did neither, though in my experience decent businesses will when thus contacted. So I'm here to ask that you never do business with this shabby and careless outfit.
